Keith M. Drummond, 73, of Bliss Road, Beaver, OH, died 9:54 A.M. Thursday 7 February 2013 at his residence.
He was born 22 November 1939 in Parson, WV, the son of the late Wheaton D. Drummond and Iva Madge (Merritt) Drummond. On 6 February 1960, Keith was united in marriage to Catherine F. (Pelfrey) who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Roland M. Drummond and wife Lori of Linden, MI. Brian N. Drummond and wife Jine of Las Vegas, NV and Wayne N. Drummond and wife Amy of Geneva, AL and a daughter, Kimberly K. Glick and husband Rob of CA, 11 Grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Keith was a member of the Owl Creek Mennonite Church and a retired Insurance Salesman for National Association for Self Employed.
His parents and one son, Michael S. Drummond preceded Keith in death.
Graveside services will be held 12:00 Noon Friday 8 February 2013 at the Owl Creek Cemetery with Pastor Rodney Bapst, officiating.

Lily Edith Bandy, 85, of Waverly, OH, died 8:35 P.M. Thursday 7 February 2013 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe, OH.
She was born 11 November 1927 in Burnwell WV, the daughter of the late Earl Moore and Vivian (Skraggs) Moore. Edith was united in marriage to Jacob Edgar Bandy on 24 November 1955, who preceded her in death on 3 January 1997.
Surviving are four daughters, Loretta Bucy and husband Morris of Waverly, OH, Charlotte Hopkins and husband William of Chillicothe, OH, Deborah Bandy and Shirley Bandy both of Waverly, OH, 9 grandchildren, Melissa Howard, Derrick Mankin and wife Nicole, Kimberly Hopkins, Bill Hopkins and wife Terri, Dawn Whiteford and husband Brad, Bonita Hopkins and Jon, Candice Spears and husband Mark, Saundra Moore and Jordan Bandy, 23 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter and one sister Ruth Persinger of Waverly, OH.
Edith formerly attended the Omega Church of Christ in Christian Union and was the Retired Owner Operator of Kozy Kitchen in Waverly, OH.
Her parents, husband, son Ralph Franklin Buzz Moore, daughter, Patricia L. Bandy, four sisters: Oma Mae Lynch, Reba Maynard, Shirley Johnson, and Rosemary Massie and one brother, Charles Moore preceded Edith in death.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 P.M. Monday 11 February 2013 at the BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Waverly, OH with Pastor Doug Campbell, officiating. Burial will follow in Omega Cemetery, Waverly, OH.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour on Monday.

William Ivan Stevens
William Ivan Stevens, 76, of Clines Chapel Road, Waverly, Ohio, passed away Sunday February 10, 2013 at the Adena Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.
He was born August 9, 1936 in Magoffin county, Kentucky, son of the late Clarence Ray Stevens and Addie Alice Simmons Stevens. On April 23, 1960, Ivan was united in marriage to Dana Molly Pardue Stevens, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Charles Stevens of Waverly, Barbara Seeling of Waverly, Timothy Stevens and wife Kendra of Jackson, Ohio, Sandra Stevens of Waverly and Vonda Gulasa of Springfield, Ohio, as well as 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, a son, Benjamin Stevens, a sister, Luella Pierce and his grandmother, Bertha Stevens, by whom he was raised, preceded Ivan in death.
Ivan was a retired union laborer with local 83 in Portsmouth, a farmer, and he attended Bethel Ridge Baptist Church in Jackson.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday February 14, 2013 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly with Brother, Rick Vance, Officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Cemetery, Piketon.
Friends may call at the funeral home 5 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 11:00 a.m. until the service on Thursday.

Dixie Bethelene McGraw, 69, of East Fifth Street, Waverly, Ohio, passed away Tuesday February 12, 2013 at her home.
She was born September 15, 1943 in Beaver, Ohio to the late Richard Reffitt and Minerva Lands Reffitt.
Surviving is a son, Hurston McGraw and wife Michelle of Waverly, two grandsons, Pearson Shane McGraw, Slade Evan McGraw, granddaughter, Leatha Kathleen McGraw, a brother, Richard Reffitt and wife Mary of Beaver, Ohio, two sisters, Clotavis Spriegel of Minford, Ohio, Theda Losasso and husband Donald of Canal Winchester, Ohio, niece, Treva Harmon and husband Steve, three nephews, Dwayne Willison and wife Kelly, Kevin Yost and wife Wendy, Richard Reffitt and wife Brittany, two great nieces, Anna Elizabeth Willison and Amelia Grace Reffitt, and a great nephew, Ian Gage Yost.
In addition to her parents, three sisters, Octiva Denny, Aliliva Juhn and Roberta Yost preceded Dixie in death.
Dixie was retired from the Williams Shoe Factory, a 1961 graduate of Stockdale High School and member and Past Worthy Matron of Waverly Chapter #99 Order of Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 16, 2013 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly with Pastor Butch Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Owl Creek Cemetery, Lucasville, Ohio.
Friends may call at the funeral home 4-8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. An Eastern Star service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday.

Phillis J. Lahmers, 88, formerly of Hartville, Ohio, died peacefully on February 21, 2013 at Traditions at Bristol Village in Waverly, Ohio. Born in Hartland, Michigan, on June 3, 1924, she was a graduate of Michigan State University and taught elementary and special education for 30 years, retiring from the Marlington School District near Hartville. She was a member of the sorority for educators, Delta Kappa Gamma since 1974. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution as well as First Families of Ohio. Friends will remember her many sewing projects and her devotion to family. Her husband of 65 years, William M. Lahmers, pre-deceased her in May, 2012. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law Anne and Eric Weil of Elizabeth City, NC and Betsy and Rex McFaddin of Dayton, OH; and son and daughter-in-law Tom and Jen Lahmers of Delmont, PA. Six grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive her: Nathan Weil, Arian Adducchio, Gretchen Fisher, Tim Lahmers, Allison McFaddin, Abbie Lahmers, and James Ryan Fisher. Phil also leaves two sisters, Emajean Briston of Michigan and Joyce Beers of Florida, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, family and many friends. The family will hold a private burial service for both Phillis and Bill in Ragersville, Ohio, during the summer. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to The Michael J. Ruth Ann Taylor, 63 of Mount Tabor Road, Waverly, Ohio died Friday, March 1, 2013 at Kindred Health Care in Chillicothe, Ohio.
She was born September 12, 1949 in Grove City, Ohio to the late Sylvester Levi and Cecelia Mae Northup Linley. On September 24, 1966 Ruth was united in marriage to Edward McGee Taylor, Sr. who preceded her in death on July 14, 2009.
Surviving are three sons, Brian Taylor and wife Theresa of Newport, Ohio, Edward McGee Taylor, Jr. of Waverly and Roger Taylor and wife Tanya of Waverly, a daughter, Karie Ward and husband Johnny of Waverly, six grandchildren, Deidre Taylor, Hannah Leaker, Brayden Leaker, Sierra Taylor, Chad Taylor and Emily Taylor, a great grandson, Clayton Edward Gabriel Smith, 2 brothers, Albert Linley and wife Linda of Waverly, Orris Linley of Grove City, Ohio, and two sisters, Gladys Thompson of Columbus, Ohio and Patricia Maynard and husband James of Waverly.
In addition to her parents and husband, six brothers, Willis, Bernard, Ernest, Alva, Larry and Chester Lowell Linley, Sr., and two sisters, Julia Darlene Campbell and Odema Roberts preceded Ruth in death.
Ruth was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Beaver in Beaver, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday March 7, 2013 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly with Pastor Toby Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Latham Cemetery, Waverly, Ohio.

Edward Franklin Kreis, 74, of Mt. Zion Road, Chillicothe Ohio, died Thursday March 7, 2013 at his home.
He was born March 25, 1938 in Marysville, Ohio, to the late Charles Kreis and Roseanna Paver Kreis. On December 26, 1987, Ed united in marriage to Fannie Caroline Cook Kreis who survives.
Also surviving are five stepchildren, Peggy Carter and Danny Brannan of Waverly, Ohio, Charles Rooker of Waverly, Ruth Startzel of Harker Heights, Texas, James Rooker and wife Tina of Chillicothe, Angela Rooker of San Jose, California, nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, three brothers, Jim Kreis and wife Patty of Marysville, Ohio, Larry Kreis and wife Joyce of Marysville, Charles Kreis of Marysville and a sister Beverly Eubanks and husband Tom of North Lewisburg, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, a stepson, Lawrence Joseph Rooker preceded Ed in death.
Ed was a retired lineman for AEP, a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the NRA and attended the Alma United Methodist Church.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.

Judy E. (George) Jahn, 73, of Dublin, Ohio, entered into rest Saturday, March 9, 2013.
She was born April 6, 1939 in Omega, OH to the late Henry and Mildred George. She was a 1957 graduate of Waverly H.S., where she was voted most likely to succeed, and a graduate of Ohio University. Judy was a 5th grade teacher in Waverly and Southwest School District in Columbus.
She retired from The Andersons General Store on Sawmill Rd. She was active in the National Education Association. She loved to garden, sew, and her kitties. In addition to her parents,
Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Jahn; and brother, Jimmy George. Judy will be missed by her loving daughter, Jody (Tim) Kelleher; step-children, Dave (Becky) Jahn and Vicki (David) Elswick; grandchildren, Austin, Logan, and Jordan; dear sister, Nancy Annis; sister-in-law, Helen George; 7 nieces and nephews; and many faithful friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 16, 2013 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, Ohio with Rev. David Burriss officiating. Burial will follow in Omega Cemetery, Waverly.
Family will receive friends Friday, March 15, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Surviving are three daughters, Christine Marie Pemmell of TX, Marie Ann Spradlin and husband Kenneth of Beaver, OH and Sharon Lee Armintrout of Point Pleasant, WV. 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, brother, James Metzger, Latham, On and a sister, Gertrude Swartz of Bath, PA.
Claire was a homemaker.
Her mother, Eleanor (Decker) Metzger Kise and her stepmother, Juliette Jean (Kazarre) Metzger, preceded her in death.
