She was born March 12, 1948 in Pittsburg, Kansas, to the late Wesley Willis Kennedy and Audrey Fern Hewitt Kennedy.
Surviving is an aunt, Edith Anderson of Chillicothe, Ohio and a cousin Carol Hildner of Chillicothe.
